Paterson is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Paterson is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New Jersey's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This place serves some of the best pide and lahmacun I've ever had, honestly better than what I've had in Istanbul, and far beyond anything you'll find elsewhere in the U.S. The service was excellent as well. You feel as if you're in Turkiye.

Weβve always loved this place and have had many great experiences here over the years. However, when we visited last Sunday, we noticed a dramatic decline in both the food quality and overall taste, which was very disappointing. I truly hope this was just a one-time issue and that they return to their previous high standards as soon as possible. Iβm giving 5 stars based on all of our positive experiences in the past, and I sincerely hope our next visit reflects the quality weβve always enjoyed.

Visited after Food Influencer @NewYorkTurk Ertan featured this Paterson restaurant. The Pide 28 filled with meats and cheese is delicious and plenty for two to three people. Turkish tea complimented the meal. Very friendly people. Stroll around Paterson Main Street afterwards for baklava and sweets.

I left a more detailed review on Yelp but as an overview, my family consists of allium-free vegetarians. That means we can order from the cheese pide section but opt out of the pickles on the side because they contain garlic. We eat pide every so often and recently moved to NJ, so weβre hunting for our new pide spot. This place specializes in pide and lahmacun so itβs natural that their menu revolves around those. We got the long mozzarella pide for my daughter and the round 2 egg cheese pide with tomatoes added in for the adults. The long pide is the longest Iβve seen. The dough is stretched thin to the point itβs almost like a flatbread with crisp edges, some chew, and the layer of cheese is equally as thin so perfect ratio. It is quite good. My picky daughter loves it and we enjoyed it as well! The round pideβ¦ it didnβt occur to me until it came out that the eggs are raw. We ended up breaking the eggs and spreading it everywhere and then cutting it up like a pizza. We (the adults) loved this one. The flavors worked well and the wet elements made it not dry. The dough on this was thicker than the other but perfectly so. As such, it was less crispy but had a very nice chew. My

The pide here is very tasty and definitely worth trying. If the prices were just a couple of dollars lower, I think it could attract even more customers. The staff are attentive and polite, and the place itself is clean with a nice outdoor seating area. When I visited, there was a small mistake on the bill, but the staff quickly corrected it and even offered tea as a kind gesture to make up for it, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a positive experience, and yes, I would come back again to eat here.
